Investment Banking - Associate/AVP

About the role

4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private capital markets, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, placement advisory, corporate finance or transactions. Demonstrated experience on private fundraising mandates, minority / growth capital raises, sponsor-led transactions, secondary processes or structured equity solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop investor positioning, equity story, use-of-proceeds narrative, valuation framework, capital structure considerations and process strategy
• Coordinate investor diligence, data room workflows, follow-up requests, commercial diligence inputs and transaction process updates
• Support term sheet evaluation, investor feedback synthesis, valuation discussions and negotiation preparation with senior bankers
• Work across high-growth sectors and marquee transaction situations where strategic advice, capital and execution quality matter
• Help build a differentiated India-focused advisory franchise with global exposure and a high ownership culture
