About the role

Track portfolio performance and provide periodic reporting to stakeholders Hiring across designations in the Investments team. They should have a prior experience investing in or working with real estate or rental housing funds / platforms. 3-8 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, or rental housing platforms

What you'll do

• Executing & managing investments across RE and rental housing platforms
• Lead and manage real estate investments across the deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, execution, and ongoing asset management
• Prepare and monitor annual business plans for portfolio investments
• Build detailed financial models (cash flow, IRR, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
• Prepare investment memorandums, approval notes, and internal presentations
