Investor Claims

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Investor Claims Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end mortgage investor claim activities, including FHA/CWCOT, VA, GSE, LMPC/Modification, and Supplemental Claims . The role involves reviewing loan and foreclosure documentation, preparing and submitting accurate claims, validating claim calculations, responding to investor requests, resolving discrepancies, and supporting appeals/reconsiderations.

What you'll do

• Process and review investor claims in accordance with applicable FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other investor guidelines
• LMPC / Modification Claims
• Review loan-level documentation, servicing history, foreclosure records, property information, expenses, and payment history to determine claim eligibility
• Calculate claim amounts, allowable expenses, debits/credits, interest, advances , and other applicable components
• Validate claim data against servicing systems and supporting documentation before submission
