Invoice Order Administrator

About the role

This position is opened by the Flow Controls Business Unit which is part of the Final Control Group.

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility for MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all of Flow Controls key customers
• Review contracts & orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned
• Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites
• Co-ordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the shipment has been delivered as per the INCO- terms
• Review documentation provided by Shipping Team and submit to customer if required, along with the invoice

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Power BI
• BBA or B.Com
