ISC Improvement manager

About the role

As an ISC Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end operational excellence across CSS Operations. You are a change agent with a strong continuous improvement mindset, capable of influencing without authority and partnering across functions to deliver sustainable results.

What you'll do

• Lead CSS Operations Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, service quality, and cycle times
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Logistics, Planning, Quality, EH&S
• Manage and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) programs and projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies
• Leverage data-driven insights to analyze CSS operational performance, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
• Act as a catalyst for change by promoting standardization, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement across CSS Operations
