IT.Application Engineer

About the role

This position is responsible for Software implementation, System Integration, Development, Configuration, Technical Support, and Performance Tuning. Additional responsibilities may include Development of new system functionality, Project Management and Testing. The ideal candidate will have an Application Development background with the ability to quickly learn vendor applications from the inside out.

What you'll do

• Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis and proactively resolve performance issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, workflows and operational manuals
• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Support capacity planning, disaster recovery and backup strategies for Informatica MDM

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
