IT Automation Engineer

About the role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a Workato recipe, querying Snowflake, standing up a small internal application, and jumping into a helpdesk ticket or production incident when it matters.

What you'll do

• Systems Integration & Business Process Automation
• Own the Workato platform: build, monitor, and maintain the recipes, connections, and AI agents that automate cross-system business processes
• Co-own the HR-to-IT identity lifecycle, driving the UKG Pro ↔ Azure AD sync that powers joiner/leaver/employee-change automation
• Maintain finance systems automation, including NetSuite ↔ Salesforce integrations
• Own people-data and compliance pipelines, including the Culture Amp SFTP integration and the hybrid-work compliance pipeline feeding manager dashboards and Power BI
