This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations while supporting our growing global healthcare BPO business.
What you'll do
- Lead global IT operations across India, the US, and the Philippines
- Own IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint management
- Drive IT security, HIPAA compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage IT service desk operations and ensure SLA adherence
- Oversee device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and IT procurement
What you need
