About the role

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide reliable end-user support and assist in managing desktop infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Administration , System Administration, IT Support, and Security Operations user accounts, endpoint security, and IT assets.

What you'll do

  • Configure and prepare Endpoints for new employees, including operating system configuration, user access, network connectivity, and security settings
  • Handle employee IT support requests and track cases from logging through resolution and closure
  • Install required applications and software on employee laptops
  • Troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, Bluetooth, Microsoft Teams, mouse, and other peripheral issues
