IT Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience to oversee IT infrastructure, technology deployments, network operations, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAN/WAN connectivity, desktop configuration, hardware asset management, and vendor coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple small- and large-scale technology deployments, including LAN/WAN connectivity, network interconnects, and desktop infrastructure
• Oversee PC and desktop design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and technical support
• Provide technical oversight of customer network architecture and ensure infrastructure reliability
• Ensure the availability and smooth functioning of IT systems, equipment, and services for all users
• Manage user access, user administration, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting
