The role of the analyst will perform the following through knowledge base driven actions, on the job training and in-depth cross-training with fellow OCC peers and Sabre’s own Service Reliability engineers that will provide the following:

What you'll do

• Initiate calls for technical incidents supporting through resolution
• Support triage of incidents and service requests driven by supported knowledge bases
• Respond to incident alerts in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day activities following documented work instructions using pre-defined process, procedures and operational tasks
• Adhere to operational directives and comply with organizational policies

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Splunk
• ITIL
• Travel booking
• Any graduate
