We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in supporting US government agencies & state clients. As part of Dash Technologies -a company based in Dublin, Ohio, you will play a critical role in driving our continued growth in the US public sector staffing space. What you'll do

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Dice, Monster), ATS, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and referrals
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, qualifications, and compliance requirements (especially for government roles)
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Handle different types of hiring: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Full-Time (Permanent Placements) with a focus on government and public sector clients
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage compensation negotiations (salary/rates) in line with market and client budgets
