About the role

Key Responsibilities 1. Industrial Relations & Union Management Develop and implement Industrial Relations strategies aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain constructive relationships with employees, workmen, union representatives, and labor authorities. Lead negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining discussions.
