About the role

The ServiceNow Developer professional is an independent contributor responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role requires solid platform knowledge, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

What you'll do

  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
  • Flows and Workflows (Flow Designer)
  • Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
  • Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
