About the role

We are seeking a highly talented ITX Specialist for our Integration Support team to help give excellent support for our internal and external customers up to highest standards and quality. Our focus is supporting the EDI/API processes, integrations and its platform, across the organization.

What you'll do

• Perform 2nd level/3rd Level support on ITX maps
• Perform map updates and fixes on ITX maps
• Act as SME on ITX issues, and train rest of the team on ITX based troubleshooting
