About the role

An IT Contact Center Analyst responsible for providing technical support to Huron employees which includes acknowledging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving entry level and advanced issues. Adhere to defined policies and operating procedures. Broad technical skillset is required. Capable of multitasking effectively, managing multiple priorities and occasionally functioning independently with little supervision
