IT Support Engineer

About the role

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues – Provide first/second-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system problems, either in person, over phone, or via remote access. Manage hardware and equipment – Set up, configure, and issue laptops/desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to new and existing employees; maintain an inventory of company IT assets.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues – Provide first/second-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system problems, either in person
• Manage hardware and equipment – Set up, configure, and issue laptops/desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to new and existing employees
• Handle software installation and access – Install, update, and license software applications; manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions (e.g.
• Maintain IT infrastructure – Monitor and maintain office network, servers, printers, and other systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support onboarding/offboarding and documentation – Prepare and configure devices for new joiners, retrieve and wipe equipment from exiting employees
