IT Support Senior Associate

About the role

The IT Support Senior Associate provides first- and second-level technical assistance to onsite and remote users across the Gurugram office and global operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and end-user systems.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows and macOS), standard applications, and email clients (Outlook, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace)
• Manage user accounts, security permissions, and system access via Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other enterprise platforms
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory with proper documentation and tagging
• Support and monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SharePoint performance with IT administrators
