IT System Administrator

About the role

You will play an important role in supporting employees, maintaining IT systems and resolving technical issues to enable an efficient and productive working environment. Log, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests through JIRA Service Management. Adhere to defined SLAs and IT service management processes.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, printers and standard business applications
• Manage user accounts, password resets and access requests through Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 application issues
• Support IT asset allocation, inventory management and hardware lifecycle tracking
• Maintain IT documentation, follow established SOPs and ensure compliance with IT security policies
