About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality training programs within local communities. The role involves managing training delivery, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes that enhance employability and skill development among community members.

What you'll do

• And update training curriculum based on industry and community needs
• And support junior trainers to improve training quality
• Student progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved
• With mobilization and placement teams for better program outcomes
• Training reports, attendance, and performance data

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Teaching

• ₹20k–₹30k a month
