Executive Assistant supporting IT&D ERP Leadership and Hyderabad Hub Head—aligned to a senior, global-facing role: The role acts as a key enabler to ensure effective leadership operations, governance cadence, stakeholder management, and seamless execution of strategic priorities

What you'll do

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones and leadership priorities
• Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, and strategic sessions
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and capture minutes with clear action tracking
• Handle confidential information with high level of discretion
• Support IT&D ERP governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, steering committees)
