About the role

The IT&D SAP Solutions Director is a vital strategic leader bridging the gap between Global Operations (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement) and the technical SAP ecosystem. This role drives the roadmap for enterprise resource planning, ensuring that the SAP landscape is not just a system of record, but a driver of operational excellence and real-time visibility.

What you'll do

• Leading a global team of architects and functional leads, this role leverages S/4HANA, BTP, SAP ECC and integrated AI to streamline the "Core" of the business
• Defining the multi-year roadmap for SAP migrating from JDE to SAP ECC and to S/4HANA) to ensure scalability and reduced technical debt
• Identifying opportunities to standardize business processes across global regions to eliminate "shadow IT" and custom-code bloat
• Exploring Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities, including AI-driven forecasting and automated financial closing
• Architect end to end SAP solutions, ensuring robust integration across core modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS) and connected platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius
