What you'll do

• Provide Japanese language support for Cyber Security Managed Services projects
• Monitor security alerts and incidents using enterprise security platforms
• Communicate with Japanese customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings
• Prepare security reports and documentation in Japanese and English
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues
