About the role

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed data analysis to monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and risk trends
• Use insights to shape underwriting philosophy, guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks
• Manage tender business and large/complex risks in collaboration with Sales and Reinsurance teams
• Drive treaty renewal processes, including data preparation and coordination with reinsurers and RI team
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements related to underwriting activities
