What you'll do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end liability claims function (Motor TP / Casualty / Commercial Liability / Other lines as applicable)
• Ensure efficient claim adjudication , including investigation, evaluation, reserving, and settlement
• Drive claim cost optimization through strong negotiation, litigation management, and fraud detection
• Develop and implement claims policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Manage relationships with legal counsels, surveyors, investigators, and third-party administrators (TPAs)

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
• Claims processing
• Negotiation
• Insurance
• Litigation
• Compliance
• LLB or BBA or MBA
