About the role

The Jr. Architect cum Construction Manager (Architectural Works, Interiors & Finishes) shall report to the Sr. Architect cum Construction Manager and be responsible for ensuring work-front availability, achieving agreed construction progress targets, identifying and escalating delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface-related bottlenecks, and supporting timely delivery of architectural works.

What you'll do

Review GFC drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and technical submissions
Ensure work-front availability and support achievement of agreed construction progress targets
Supervise construction activities related to architectural works, façades, interior fit-outs, finishes, signage, and passenger-facing facilities
Monitor construction progress and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface issues
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, airport stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of architectural works
