Complete training and get certified on process/processes within the stipulated timeframe Adhere to the workflow instructions/standard operating procedure provided by the business Complete all assigned tasks as per Service Level requirements specified by the business and meet/exceed key performance parameters

What you'll do

• Execute mass data management processes while ensuring data quality
• Liaise with both internal and external customers and provide resolution with a customer centric approach
• Coordinate activities of all internal and external contacts necessary to the task
• Develop and maintain customer profile database and provide formal communication of all new customer profiles to internal customers and external clients
• Perform related work as required
