About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Billing Engineer to support project billing and cost estimation activities in our real estate projects. The role involves preparing contractor bills, verifying quantities, and ensuring accurate measurement and documentation as per project specifications.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and process RA (Running Account) bills for contractors and vendors
  • Take off quantities from drawings and site measurements
  • Verify contractor bills as per work completed at site
  • Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams

What you need

  • 2–5 yrs of experience
