About the role
Billing Engineer – Residential / High-Rise Construction Check and verify RA bills, final bills, and contractor bills against the BOQ and actual work executed. Cross-check billed quantities against actual physical progress at the site. Prevent overbilling and duplicate billing. Submit reports within project timelines.
What you'll do
- Conduct joint and site measurements and verify executed quantities
- Maintain a measurement accuracy target of 98–100%
- Track BOQ quantities against actual site execution
- Identify excess or short quantities and conduct monthly quantity reconciliation
- Verify rates, specifications, BOQ items, deviations, and contractual conditions
