About the role

We are looking for a hands-on video editor who can create clean, effective videos for ads and social media. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and improvement. You will work on performance content and learn how to optimise videos for retention and conversions.

What you'll do

• Short-form videos (Reels, ads)
• Edit videos for ads and social media
• Follow briefs and references to create clean edits
• Focus on basic retention and clarity (clear message, smooth flow)
• Create multiple versions of videos (A/B cuts)

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Video editing
• Social media
• Storytelling
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop
