Jr. Building Maintenance Eng for Real Estate - Punawale Location at Tulip Group. Inspect residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas and other facilities for civil maintenance requirements.

What you'll do

• Inspect residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas and other facilities for civil maintenance requirements
• Identify and coordinate repairs related to water leakage, seepage, cracks, plaster, painting, tiling, waterproofing and masonry works
• Attend and resolve day-to-day civil maintenance complaints from residents/customers
• Prepare maintenance requirements and coordinate with contractors, vendors and workmen
• Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities at site and ensure quality and timely completion
