About the role

The Junior Contract Engineer will support the contracts and project teams in managing construction contracts, reviewing technical and commercial documents, monitoring project compliance, and assisting in contract administration for real estate development projects. The role involves coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed in line with contractual obligations.

What you'll do

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and subcontracts
• Support in preparing contract documents, LOIs, work orders, and amendments
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records
