About the role

The Junior Advocate will support legal activities related to real estate projects, including title verification, drafting of agreements, and handling land-related documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of property laws and documentation processes.

What you'll do

• Conduct title search and verification of properties
• Handle and interpret 7/12 extract (Satbara) and other land records
• Draft and review development agreements, sale deeds, and power of attorney
• Prepare and respond to legal notices and documentation
• Assist in due diligence and legal documentation for land acquisition
