Jr Executive - Plant Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Plant Procurement Executive to be based in Kadiyam and muchisha . The role is responsible for identifying and developing new plant suppliers, managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring quality compliance, negotiating the best commercial terms, and coordinating timely dispatches with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Identify and onboard new nurseries and plant growers in and around Kadiyam
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
• Continuously expand the supplier network to ensure competitive sourcing and reduce dependency on limited vendors
• Plant Sourcing & Procurement
• Source plants as per business requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Procurement
• Excel
• Negotiation
• Logistics
• Quality control
• Picking and packing
• Any graduate
