Jr. IT Administrator – BIM / IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Jr. IT Administrator with 1 - 2 years of experience to support our users, systems, and IT infrastructure. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues
• Support BIM applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Troubleshoot Software, Licensing, Network, and Connectivity issues
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP tasks
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and user access

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Active Directory
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Troubleshooting
• Windows
• Networking
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Office 365
