What you'll do

• Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
• Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times
• Responsible for Endorsement Processing
• Build domain expertise across processes supported

What you need

• 20–30 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Excel
• Customer service
• Documentation
• Any graduate

Good to have

• MS Office
