Jr. Safety Engineer for Real Estate - Tathawade Location

About the role

The Safety Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies at real estate development and construction sites. The role ensures compliance with local safety regulations, reduces workplace hazards, and promotes a strong safety culture across residential and commercial projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and international standards such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) where applicable
• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS)
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and hazard identification
• Lead incident investigations and prepare root cause analysis reports
