Jr. Store Keeper for Real Estate - Punawale location

About the role

We are looking for a Jr. Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issue, and inventory of construction materials at our residential real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely availability of materials at site.

What you'll do

• Receive construction materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders/challans
• Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements
• Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and Material Return records
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
