Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations and gain exposure to client accounts in the equity trading / stock brokerage sector .

What you'll do

• Assist in maintaining daily books of accounts , including ledgers, journals, and bank statements
• Support preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports
• Help with bank reconciliations and client account reconciliations
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Support the Senior Accountant / Finance team in audits and preparation of MIS reports

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial statements
• Reconciliation
• GST
• TDS
• MIS reporting
• M.Com or B.Com
