Junior Admin Executive (upto 30k| B2B MUST)

About the role

A fast-growing B2B-focused SaaS company operating in the enterprise communications and workflow automation space.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including vendor coordination, travel bookings, and office logistics for B2B client-facing teams
• Own scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for leadership and client-facing personnel
• Prepare client-facing documentation, manage CRM updates, and ensure accurate tracking of B2B sales pipeline activities
• Assist in onboarding new B2B clients—coordinating kick-off calls, contract tracking, and internal hand-offs
• Support finance and ops with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and vendor payment follow-ups
