About the role
The selected candidate will assist in handling litigation matters, legal drafting, research, and court proceedings.
What you'll do
- Draft plaints, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, and written submissions
- Assist in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and NCLT matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and legal opinions
- Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates
- Manage court filings, procedural compliances, and legal documentation
