About the role

The Junior Assistant Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of MEL systems to track program performance and outcomes. The role will focus on data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning processes to ensure that evidence informs program improvement.

What you'll do

• MEL System Implementation & Support
• Assist in designing and rolling out MEL frameworks, indicators, and tools for projects
• Support the development of logical frameworks, KPIs, and data collection plans
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection through digital and manual systems
• Data Management & Analysis

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Data visualisation
• Power BI
• SPSS
• Excel
• R
• Tableau
• Any graduate
