Junior BDE

About the role

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Junior BDE to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6–1.5 Years of experience in a sales or client-facing role and a strong desire to develop their sales career. In this position, you will support the sales process from lead generation to client follow-up while gaining valuable exposure to sales strategies, negotiation, and CRM tools.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and follow-up
• Support senior sales executives in developing and nurturing client relationships
• Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Help manage the sales pipeline and update weekly/monthly reports
