About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology in Residential .
What you'll do
- Execute and supervise Mivan formwork system activities at site
- Monitor and ensure quality of RCC works including slabs, columns, shear walls, and beams
- Oversee finishing works in Mivan structures such as plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and painting
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
What you need
