What you'll do

• Manage daily operations for assembly lines manufacturing Connected Car and Car Audio Products
• Monitor production targets, cycle time and manpower planning to ensure output meets demand
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ESD standards
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to address in-process defects, deviations, and audits

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• IATF 16949
• ISO 9001
• PPAP
• FMEA
• Preventive maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
