Junior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site
• Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities
• Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors
• Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Site execution
• AutoCAD
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

What you get

• ₹30k–₹40k a month
