About the role

India, Eastern (Hospital), Eastern, Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata, West Bengal, Kolkata Coordinate daily inpatient operations and facilitate smooth patient movement and service delivery. Coordinate with Nursing, Medical, Billing, Admissions, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other support departments.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily inpatient operations and facilitate smooth patient movement and service delivery
• Coordinate with Nursing, Medical, Billing, Admissions, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other support departments
• Attend to patient and attendant queries, concerns and service-related issues and facilitate timely resolution
• Monitor patient-care areas and ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, signage and basic facilities
• Support admission, discharge and internal patient-transfer processes through effective departmental coordination
