Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with knowledge of Siemens NX CAD, SolidWorks to support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies. The candidate will be responsible for 3D modelling, 2D drafting, assembly design, and preparing engineering drawings as per project requirements.

What you'll do

• Create 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX CAD and SolidWorks
• Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and annotations
• Develop part models, assembly models, and manufacturing drawings
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical specifications
• Perform basic design modifications and update existing CAD models as required

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Siemens NX
• SolidWorks
• GD&T
• CATIA
• Creo
• Mechanical engineering
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• 3D modelling
• Structural design
