Junior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Functional & Technical Executive to support the implementation, customization, and day-to-day management of our Odoo ERP system. The role will work closely with users across departments to understand business requirements, translate them into the correct Odoo processes and workflows , coordinate implementation, resolve bugs and user issues, and train employees on the effective use of Odoo.

What you'll do

• Meet with users and department heads to understand and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into appropriate Odoo modules, workflows, configurations, and processes
• Recommend the correct use of standard Odoo functionality before considering customization
• Assist with implementation and configuration of new Odoo modules and features
• Support process improvement and digitization initiatives using Odoo

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• ERP
• JIRA
• SOP writing
• CRM
• Any graduate

Good to have

• SQL
• Python
• PostgreSQL
