Junior Operations Executive - Last Mile

About the role

We're looking for energetic and qualified Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Delhi NCR. If you have a good network of 2W, 3W & 4W delivery partners across various zones in Delhi NCR, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.

What you'll do

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
• Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Last-mile delivery
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
